Course Overview
Al-Salam Institute is pleased to announce a new 20-week course designed for training muftis, scholars, and students of knowledge. This course offers an in-depth understanding of counselling from an Islamic perspective, addressing the increasing mental health concerns in the Muslim community. It’s designed to equip participants with the necessary skills to assess, guide, and refer individuals, focusing on prevalent issues faced by muftis, scholars and imams.
Course Delivery
This course will taught by a team of trained counsellors and psychotherapists who specialise in and/or practise within the areas of counselling training, family & relationships, domestic violence, men’s/women’s work & cults/spiritual abuse, common mental health problems and more.

– Schedule: Every Sunday, 10am-11am UK Time
