Dressing According to Custom
Ibn Battal the great scholar and jurist said:
One should adopt the dress of one’s own people according to the times as long as it does not involve sin. For differing with people with respect to their dress is a form of self-publicity.

قال العلامة الفقيه ابن بطال:
ينبغي للرجل أن يتزيا في كل زمان بزي أهلِه ما لم يكن إثمًا؛ لأنَّ مخالفةَ الناس في زيهم ضربٌ من الشهرة !
