*It was said to Ahmed ibn Hanbal (may Allah have mercy on him):* What should one do if one commands a person to do good [and stop their evil] but they refuse to refrain?
*He replied:* Leave them be for if one continues to insist then it stops being a case of commanding the good and becomes a matter of one’s ego.
